Pricing changes and corrections
What changed in the plans, limits and prices we track for automation platforms, and every correction to our own numbers, newest first.
Relay.app: Relay.app has shut down: its notice says it closed in September 2026 and that all accounts, workflows and run history have been permanently deleted. Its last published prices, from the Internet Archive's copy of its pricing page of 29 June 2026, were $19 a month for Professional (750 steps) and $59 for Team (1,500 steps, 10 users), billed yearly, with 200 steps a month free. The page prices the same workloads on the platforms still on sale.
Pipedream, Gumloop and Lindy: Started tracking credit-priced platforms from their own pricing pages and docs: Pipedream's Startup plan for its Connect product ($150 a month, or $99 a month billed yearly, with 10,000 credits), Gumloop Pro (from $37 a month for 20,000 credits, 7,400 plus 12,600 bonus) and Lindy's per-seat plans (Plus at $29.99 a user for 3,000 credits). None charges per run or per step, so none is in the per-run calculator. Workato is left out: its pricing page publishes no price.
Pabbly Connect: The pricing page now also advertises a Pabbly Plus bundle. Pabbly Connect's own plan prices are unchanged.
Zapier AI, Zapier Tables, IFTTT, Pabbly and n8n: Read how Zapier charges for AI steps, tool and MCP calls and its Agents and Chatbots add-ons, the records and form pages each Zapier Tables plan includes, IFTTT's plans, Pabbly Connect's one-time lifetime deal and n8n's Business and Enterprise terms, each from the vendor's own pages.
Plan limits: Read each platform's free-plan and plan limits from its own pages: Zapier's free plan and pay-per-task cap, Make's credits and extra-credit pricing, n8n's executions, concurrency and run history by plan, Power Automate's pay-as-you-go price per run, and the free plans of Integrately and Activepieces.
Integrately vs Zapier: Correction: the page counted Zapier as cheaper in the two workloads Integrately has no plan for. It now says Integrately is cheaper in all 10 workloads both platforms price, and that only Zapier publishes a plan for the other 2.
n8n: Correction: head-to-head pages listed a free n8n row for polling triggers, but n8n has no free cloud plan. The row is gone.
Self-hosted n8n: Started pricing self-hosted n8n: the Community Edition is free, and the server comes from Hostinger's n8n VPS page (intro and renewal prices) and DigitalOcean's Droplet table, sized by n8n's own memory guidance.
Pipedream: Pipedream Workflows is in maintenance mode, closed to new sign-ups and subscriptions, and shuts down on 31 March 2027; Pipedream's pricing page now sells its Connect product instead. Pipedream is therefore left out of the calculator.
Automation platforms: Started tracking pricing for Zapier, Make, n8n, Activepieces, Pabbly Connect, Integrately, Microsoft Power Automate, IFTTT and Pipedream, from each platform's pricing page and its own definition of a task, operation, credit or run. n8n's prices are the US-dollar prices its pricing page shows US customers.
