Zapier vs Make vs n8n
Zapier charges per action step, Make per module and per trigger check, n8n per run. That difference matters more than the sticker price, so here are three real-sized workflows priced on all three.

How to read this
- Zapier's cost grows with every step you add; n8n's doesn't. The longer and busier your workflows, the more n8n saves over Zapier.
- Make sits in between: cheap per credit, but it counts the trigger and every polling check. Use instant triggers on Make where you can.
- n8n Cloud publishes plans up to 50,000 executions a month. Above that, its options are a self-hosted Business licence or the free Community Edition on your own server.
