Methodology
Where the prices come from
Every price is read from the platform's own pricing page, including the values behind sliders and monthly/yearly toggles, and each figure is checked against the page it came from. We never use third-party summaries.
From workflow to units
- Zapier, Pabbly Connect and Integrately: runs × action steps. Triggers are free.
- Make: runs × action steps, plus the trigger: one credit per run for an instant trigger, or one per check for a polling trigger.
- n8n and Activepieces: one unit per run.
We then pick the cheapest published plan and volume tier that covers the units and allows the polling interval you chose. Where a platform publishes an overage rate (Activepieces), we include it. Where it doesn't publish one, we move to the next tier.
What we can't capture
- Make modules that run once per item: a trigger returning 10 items runs later modules 10 times.
- Integrately counting conditions, searches and data edits as tasks.
- AI steps, which several platforms charge extra for.
- Features: plans differ in users, history, support and more, not just volume.
How this site earns

How the site is made
Prices are collected and checked by automated scripts and the pages are written with AI assistance. Every figure is computed by code from the cited data.
