Zapier Tables and Interfaces pricing
Zapier Tables and Interfaces, now called Zapier Forms, cost nothing extra: they come with every Zapier plan. The plan sets how much they hold: 2,500 records per account on Free, 100,000 on Professional (from $19.99 a month billed yearly) and 500,000 on Team (from $69). Forms get 10, 50 and 150 pages, and Table and Form steps in a Zap use no tasks. Past Team, Enterprise is priced by Zapier's sales team.

Records and form pages are per account, shared by all your tables and forms. Tables per account: unlimited on every plan, with up to 100 fields per table; views per table: 3 on Free, 50 on Professional, 50 on Team, 50+ on Enterprise. “Plan from” is the plan's smallest task tier (750 tasks on Professional, 2,000 on Team); before taxes.
Which plan do your tables need?
Professional at $29.99 a month (Free stops at 2,500 records and 100 tasks a month): Tables and Forms cost nothing on top.

Is Zapier Tables free?
Yes, up to 2,500 records, and it costs nothing extra on paid plans either: “Tables is now included as part of your Zapier plan. You can create an unlimited number of Tables. The number of records you can have across these Tables will vary depending on which plan tier you are on.” Zapier's Tables help names what Free leaves out: “The following advanced features of Zapier Tables are only available with Zapier's paid plans: AI Fields.”
What is the Zapier Tables row limit?
Rows are records, and the limit is for your whole account, not each table: 2,500 on Free, 100,000 on Professional and 500,000 on Team. Each table can have up to 100 fields, and some field types have their own limits:
- Text: 255 characters
- Long Text: 10,000 characters
- Decimal: 7 decimal digits
- Link: 2,048 characters

What happened to Zapier Interfaces?
It was renamed Zapier Forms: “Zapier Interfaces is now Zapier Forms. If you're an existing user, rest assured that projects still work exactly the same. All features continue to be available.” Like Tables, it moved into every plan: “Tables, Interfaces, and Zapier MCP are now included in our Free, Pro, and Team plans — no separate add-ons required.” The plan sets how many pages your forms can have: “Forms is now included as part of your Zapier plan. You can create an unlimited number of Forms. The number of pages you can have across these Forms will vary depending on which plan tier you are on.”

Do Tables and Forms steps use tasks?
No: “Formatter, Paths, Filters, Delay, Looping, Sub-Zaps, Digests, Zapier Manager, Storage, Tables, and Forms; these steps never use tasks.” A Zap that saves a form entry to a table and then emails you uses one task a run, for the email.
