n8n's Enterprise plan has no published price: n8n's sales team quotes it, hosted by n8n or self-hosted. The published plan for companies is Business, self-hosted only, at $800 a month billed yearly ($960 monthly) for 40,000 executions, rising to $5,245 ($6,294 monthly) for 500,000. Start-ups with fewer than 20 employees and less than €5 million in total funding can get 50% off Business.

One execution is one run of a whole workflow, however many steps; only production runs count. A 30-day month. What counts, trigger by trigger: n8n execution limits.
How much does n8n Enterprise cost?
n8n doesn't say. The Enterprise card has no price, only “Contact Sales” and a “Custom number of workflow executions”, and describes the plan as “For organisations with strict compliance and governance needs.” It is the one paid plan offered both ways: “Hosted by n8n or Self-hosted”.

What happens when you go over your executions?
Workflows keep running: “If you exceed your quota, rest assured your workflows will continue running without interruption, but overage charges may apply if you do not upgrade to the next usage tier.” Business's overage rate is in euros: “For the Business plan, overage prices are 4,000 EUR for extra buckets of 300,000 executions.” “If there's no response or upgrade path, the overages if any will be automatically invoiced 45 days after they have occurred.”
Is there a start-up discount?
Yes: “Get 50% off the Business plan and get access to everything you need to scale your start-up with AI and automation.” In euros that is 333€ a month billed yearly for 40,000 executions instead of 667€. To qualify: “Fewer than 20 employees” and less than €5 million in total funding. “You can use the startup discounted plan for one year, or longer if you still meet the requirements.”

Is the n8n Business plan available on n8n Cloud?
Not yet. The Business plan is currently only available for self-hosted n8n.
How many instances can one n8n licence key run?
“You can use your license key on an unlimited number of instances. The combined usage from all instances where the license key is applied will count toward your quota.” The key has to stay online: “To access Business or Enterprise features on your self-hosted instance, you receive a license key that must ping our license server daily to stay active.”
Does n8n Business include support?
“The Business Plan is a self-serve option and dedicated support is supported only in our Enterprise plan.”
Can you cancel n8n Business?
“Yes, if you're on a monthly commitment, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will then end at the close of your current billing cycle. If you're on an annual commitment, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the annual term. n8n does not offer pro-rata refunds.” For paying by invoice: “Yes, we offer payment by invoice and wire transfer for the Annual Business plan and the Enterprise plan.”
