Billed yearly, before taxes. Microsoft shows Premium only as “Power Automate Premium $15.00 user/month, paid yearly”. Requests a day assume the month's runs spread evenly over 30 days, one request per action step. Zapier counts each action step as a task and doesn't charge for the trigger. “–”: no published Zapier plan covers it.

What Power Automate counts

Microsoft's limits page says what counts as a request: “Power Automate: All API requests to connectors, process advisor analysis, HTTP actions, and built-in actions from initializing variables to a simple compose action. Both successful and failed actions count toward these limits. Retries and requests from pagination also count as action executions.” For unattended flows that run on their own, Microsoft sells Process at $150 per flow (bot) a month, with 250,000 requests per 24 hours.
